This website is operated by DL Engraving. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to DL Engraving. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.


2. Products & Services

We offer custom laser engraving services on items including but not limited to:

  • Drinkware (tumblers, wine glasses, whiskey glasses)
  • Cutting boards
  • Knives
  • Leather goods
  • Decanters
  • Hats and accessories

Due to the custom nature of our products, slight variations in engraving, color, or material may occur.


3. Custom Orders

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, dates, and design details before submitting an order.
  • We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
  • Custom designs may appear slightly different than digital mockups due to material differences.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
  • Full payment is required before production begins.


5. Production & Turnaround Time

  • Standard production time is 2–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
  • Large or bulk orders may require additional time.
  • Delays may occur during holidays or high-volume periods.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer shipping and local pickup/delivery where applicable.
  • DL Engraving is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 3 days
  • Provide photos of the damage
  • We will evaluate and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and content on this website are the property of DL Engraving and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.


10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our products or website:

  • For any unlawful purpose
  • To violate any laws or regulations
  • To infringe upon intellectual property rights

11. Limitation of Liability

DL Engraving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Return and Refund Policy


Effective Date: 11/01/2025

At DL Engraving, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom engraved products. Because most of our items are made-to-order, our return and refund policy is slightly different from standard retail.


1. Custom & Personalized Items

All custom or personalized products (including engraved items) are final sale and non-refundable, unless there is an error or defect caused by us.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Customer spelling or design errors submitted at checkout
  • Change of mind after the order is placed
  • Minor variations in wood grain, color, or engraving tone (these are natural characteristics)

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the item
  • Store credit
  • Refund (if replacement is not possible)

3. Non-Custom Items

For non-personalized items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we begin processing orders quickly:

  • Orders may only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase
  • After production begins, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed

5. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.


6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
